The office of Therapy Assistance is a multi-service counseling, psychotherapy, mediation and CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) practice. Under the direction of Martin W. Murphy, LMFT, the office provides one-on-one counseling and psychotherapy in a safe and confidential environment to individuals, couples and families. Mr. Murphy, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, also provides divorce mediation for couples who have decided to dissolve their marriage, but wish to avoid the high cost, protracted process and emotional toll of litigation. Additionally, as a Certified CISM counselor, Mr. Murphy provides to individuals, groups, companies and corporations debriefings, consultation and education as related to traumatic events such as violent crimes and workplace violence.
